Stir fried chilli shrimp

Ingredients

  • 50 grams dried shrimp, soaked and softened in water
  • 10 dried red chillies, soaked and softened in water, remove stalk and seeds (please wear gloves! )
  • 100 grams small purple onions, peeled and remove roots
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil

Directions

    Chop/grind/pound the main ingredients all together till grain size.

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using medium or high heat.

    Stir fry the grinded mixture till browned for 10 minutes.
  4. 4
    Ready to serve with porridge.
