- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2-1/4 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg product
Directions

1Prepare rice according to package directions in large skillet using margarine or butter, 2 1/4 cups water and soy sauce.

2Cook until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.

3Stir in chicken and peas; increase heat to medium-high.

4Pour egg substitute over rice mixture; cook without stirring until set, about 1 to 2 minutes.
