  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 2-1/4 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg product

Directions

    Prepare rice according to package directions in large skillet using margarine or butter, 2 1/4 cups water and soy sauce.

    Cook until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.

    Stir in chicken and peas; increase heat to medium-high.

    Pour egg substitute over rice mixture; cook without stirring until set, about 1 to 2 minutes.
