Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh shrimp
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 2 c. fresh mushrooms
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. snow peas
- garlic powder
- 1 c. sliced green onions
- 1 pkg. stir-fry seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Clean shrimp and set aside.

2Add soy sauce and sugar to stir-fry seasoning; set aside.

3Add peanut oil to electric wok set at 350°.

4Add broccoli, mushrooms, water chestnuts, snow peas and green onions and cook five minutes, stirring often.

5Remove from wok and set aside.

6Place oleo in wok and add shrimp.

7Season with garlic powder to taste.

8Cook shrimp until white.

9Pour vegetables back in with shrimp and add stir-fry seasoning mixture.

10Stir well and cook three minutes.

11Serve over rice or alone.
