  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. dark brown sugar
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. chopped pecans (toasted, if desired)

    Combine eggs and sugar; mix well.

    Add remaining ingredients; stir well.

    Pour mixture into freezer can of a 5-quart freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
