  • 1/2 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. broccoli
  • 1/2 c. sliced onions
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. celery
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • dash of ginger

    Stir and toss until vegetables are tender.
