- 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. broccoli
- 1/2 c. sliced onions
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. celery
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. sesame seed
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- dash of ginger
Directions

1Heat skillet.

2Add oil until hot.

3Add vegetables and all dry seasonings.

4Stir and toss until vegetables are tender.

5Add soy sauce.

6Cook couple more minutes.

7Serve over cooked rice.
