  • 1 red onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 to 2 red bell peppers
  • about 5 yellow squash or zucchini
  • celery
  • cooked pasta (optional)
  • 1 fresh broccoli bunch
  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • green onion

Directions

    Melt a tiny bit of butter in a pan (electric skillet or wok works best).

    Stir until onion begins to be transparent. Stir constantly.

    Season with lemon pepper or seasoning salt or with favorite seasonings.
