- 1 1/2 lb. thin sliced chicken or beef
- 2 red peppers, sliced
- 3 green peppers, sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 c. broccoli, chopped large
- 1 head bok choy, chopped large
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. bean sprouts
- 2 c. chicken or beef broth
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Heat wok.

2Add oil.

3Add meat strips.

4Cook very fast over high heat approximately 2 minutes.

5Remove meat; set aside.

6Let wok heat up.

7Add all veggies; turn frequently for approximately 3 minutes.

8Add meat, soy sauce and broth.

9Cover for approximately 2 minutes.

10Serve over bed of rice.
