  • 1 1/2 lb. thin sliced chicken or beef
  • 2 red peppers, sliced
  • 3 green peppers, sliced
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1 c. broccoli, chopped large
  • 1 head bok choy, chopped large
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. bean sprouts
  • 2 c. chicken or beef broth
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

    Heat wok.

    Add oil.

    Add meat strips.

    Cook very fast over high heat approximately 2 minutes.

    Remove meat; set aside.

    Let wok heat up.

    Add all veggies; turn frequently for approximately 3 minutes.

    Add meat, soy sauce and broth.

    Cover for approximately 2 minutes.

    Serve over bed of rice.
