- 1 small onion, cut up
- 1 bell pepper, cut
- 1 squash, cut (optional)
- 1 can drained bean sprouts
- 1 large sirloin steak
- 1 chicken
- stir-fry sauce
- 2 c. rice
Directions

1Cut up sirloin steak and chicken into thin strips.

2Cook steak and chicken in oil until done, then add the remaining ingredients with a little stir-fry sauce and a little water. Simmer at low heat for about 20 minutes, then after it cooks, serve on rice.
