  • 1 c. chopped carrots
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped sweet pepper (maybe 1 hot pepper)
  • 1/2 c. chopped zucchini
  • 1 c. chopped cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
