Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. boiled ham
  • 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 lb. pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb. salami
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Thaw dough and press into 11 x 14-inch pan.

    Cover with a damp cloth for 5 minutes; press again.

    Beat egg and brush half on dough.
  4. 4
    Layer the meats and Provolone until gone.
  5. 5
    Add Parmesan to remainder of egg and pour over meat.

    Spread other half of dough and place on top.

    Seal edges and brush top with melted butter. Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Serve with spaghetti or pizza sauce.
