- 2 loaves frozen bread dough
- 1 egg
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. boiled ham
- 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
- 1/4 lb. pepperoni
- 1/4 lb. salami
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Thaw dough and press into 11 x 14-inch pan.

2Cover with a damp cloth for 5 minutes; press again.

3Beat egg and brush half on dough.

4Layer the meats and Provolone until gone.

5Add Parmesan to remainder of egg and pour over meat.

6Spread other half of dough and place on top.

7Seal edges and brush top with melted butter. Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.

8Serve with spaghetti or pizza sauce.
