  • 1 Fillet of Salmon
  • 1 Chopped spring onion
  • 2 Roma tomoatoes
  • 1 tbsp fresh ground ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 salt & pepper
  • 1 handful fresh basil

Directions

    Mix honey, Dijon mustard and garlic together in a bowl.

    Place salmon skin down on stone cooking plate (Can use Cedar plank or baking pan if using the oven)

    Add chopped basil, spring onions, tomatoes ground ginger, salt & pepper.

    Smear mustard & honey mix over the top skinless side.

    Place on medium heat BBQ for approximately 15 minutes.

    Ensure heat is even under stone plate to prevent cracking.
