- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Put 1 1/2 cups flour in mixing bowl.

2Add yeast and salt. Combine milk, water, oil and sugar in saucepan.

3Heat until warm. Add flour mixture; beat until smooth.

4Add eggs.

5Beat until smooth.

6Beat on low and add 1 cup flour; mix until smooth.

7Stir in last cup of flour to make soft dough.

8Spoon into 2 greased 1 pound coffee cans.

9Cover with lid.
-
10Let stand in warm place.

11When dough has risen almost to top of can, remove lid and bake in a 375° oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

12Let cool for 10 minutes in can, then remove.
