Ingredients

  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thaw and reserve 1/2 c. juice
  • 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients together.

    Make hole in center of mixture. Pour strawberries, oil and eggs in hole.

    Mix by hand very well. Grease 2 loaf pans and flour.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Blend soft cream cheese and juice.

    Spread on sliced cool bread. Freezes well.
