  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 vegetable oil
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Mix together strawberries, eggs and oil.

    Sift dry ingredients into strawberry mixture.
  3. 3
    Stir to blend thoroughly.

    Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 4 small loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out dry.
