  • 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.

    Combine oil, eggs and sugar in a large bowl.

    Use electric mixer and mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, stirring just until all ingredients are moistened.

    Stir in strawberries.
