- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 1 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- red food coloring
Directions
-
1Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Make well in dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil, stirring only until moist. Stir in berries, pecans and food coloring. Spoon batter into 2 greased 8-inch loaf pans and bake for 1 hour or until bread tests done with a toothpick. Let stand overnight before cutting.
