Strawberry Bubble

   Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.

   until completely dissolved.

   Add ice; stir until slightly thickened.

   Remove any unmelted ice.

   Reserve 2/3 cup gelatin and 4 strawberries.

   Finely chop remaining berries; stir into remaining gelatin.

   Spoon into 4 parfait glasses.

   Beat reserved gelatin with mixer until doubled in volume; spoon over gelatin in parfait glasses.

   Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

    Garnish with reserved berries before serving.
