- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Add oil, milk and eggs, then mix and beat.

3Add strawberries, coconut and nuts.

4Mix and beat well. Grease and flour three layer pans.

5Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove cakes and cool thoroughly.
