  • 1/2 carton 10 oz. frozen strawberries (thawed)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3 oz. pkg. of strawberry jello
  • dissolve jello in 1/2 cup of boiling water
  • 2/3 cup of oil

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients then add oil. Beat until Smooth.

    Bake at 350° until done (25-30 minutes) in large oblong pan or 2 layers.

    Filling: 2nd half of strawberries, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 stick softened

    oleo.Beat until smooth, pour over cooled cake.
