  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. frozen strawberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Sprinkle flour over cake mix.

    Add Jell-O, oil, water and 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, thawed to mushy stage.

    Mix thoroughly with electric beater.
  4. 4
    Add one egg at a time, until all eggs have been added.
  5. 5
    Bake in 9-inch pan at 350° for about 35 minutes or in tube pan at 325° approximately 45 minutes.
