- 1 pkg. strawberry cake mix
- 1 small box strawberry gelatin
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed (undrained)

Directions

1Beat cake mix, gelatin, water and oil at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Add 3/4 of strawberries and juice, reserving remainder for icing. Mix well. Pour batter into 2 (9-inch) round cake pans lined with wax paper or 1 (13 x 9-inch) pan lined with wax paper. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool and spread with icing.
