- 1 box white cake mix
- 2/3 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. strawberries
Directions

1Combine cake mix and dry gelatin mix to this. Add cooking oil and milk. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on medium speed with electric mixer. Fold in strawberries and pecans. Pour into a lightly greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 oblong pan (or 3 or 4 round cake pans). Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
