- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box strawberry jello
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. fresh or frozen mashed strawberries
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. broken pecans
Directions

1Blend cake mix and jello. Add oil and milk; beat. Add one egg at a time and beat until all eggs are used and well beaten (about 4 minutes). Fold into the batter the coconut, berries and nuts. Pour into 3 cake pans and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until done.
