  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin, diluted with 1 c. hot water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 frozen large containers of strawberries, thawed
  • whipping cream or Dream Whip

Directions

    Combine cake mix, gelatin (diluted) and eggs and oil.

    Beat with mixer until smooth.

    Bake according to directions on cake mix box in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Immediately after removing it from oven, poke holes in top of cake with a fork.

    Pour thawed strawberries over cake.

    Top with whipped cream.

    Chill and serve.
