Strawberry Cream

   Whip cream until it starts to thicken.

   Add confectioners sugar, and salt.

   Beat until cream holds its peaks.

   Fold in vanilla and 3/4 cup cut up strawberries.

   Use the rest of the strawberries for garnish.
