Strawberry Cream Cheese Cookies

   Mix first four ingredients with a fork.

   On floured surface, roll out dough to about 1/4-inch thick.

   Using a cookie cutter, punch out 2-inch rounds of dough.

   Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

   Top each round with approximately 1/4 teaspoon strawberry preserves.

   Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.
