  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 c. strawberry slices, divided
  • 1 c. whipping cream and 1/4 c. confectioners sugar or 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9-inch)

Directions

    Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg, mixing until well blended.

    Mash 3/4 cup of strawberries.

    Stir into cheese mixture.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Fold in remaining strawberries.

    Spoon into crust.
