  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg. drained strawberries
  • 1 pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 c. chopped nut meats
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Reserve 1/2 cup crushed wafers and put the rest of the crumbs in an 8 x 8-inch pan. Cream the oleo and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and spread over crumbs.

    Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Spread with berries, then whipped cream.

    Sprinkle the 1/2 cup wafer crumbs over the whipped cream.

    Place in the refrigerator to set before using.
