  • 1 c. 10x sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers, coconut bar cookies or lemon cookies, crushed
  • 1 qt. strawberries
  • 1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip

Directions

    Cream margarine, 10x sugar and egg together.

    Add all but 1/2 cup crushed cookie crumbs.

    Press this mixture into a 9-inch pan (pie pan or square).

    Add sliced strawberries.
  5. 5
    Top with heavy cream or Cool Whip and top with remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate.
