Strawberry Layer Cake

  • 1 angel food cake (store bought)
  • 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 large pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Tear cake into pieces and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix pudding, cream cheese and milk.

    Beat until thick. Pour over cake.

    Pour strawberries on top of pudding layer. Spread Cool Whip over strawberries.

    Refrigerate.

    (This also works in a trifle bowl.)
