Strawberry Mousse

  • 2 sheets gelatin plain
  • 1 egg white
  • salt
  • 9/16 cup strawberries
  • 1 strawberry yogurt Greek
  • sugar to taste
  • 3 tablespoons milk warm

Directions

    Place the gelatin sheets in cold water.

    Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they're stiff.

    Mash the strawberries with the yogurt, and sweeten to taste.

    Heat the milk in the microwave for a few seconds.

    Drain the gelatin sheets, squeezing if necessary to remove excess water.

    Add the gelatin sheets to the warm milk. Stir well to dissolve completely.

    Add the strawberry and yogurt mixture, and mix in egg whites carefully.

    Pour into small bowls or on a platter, and refrigerate to solidify.
