Strawberry Mousse

- 2 sheets gelatin plain
- 1 egg white
- salt
- 9/16 cup strawberries
- 1 strawberry yogurt Greek
- sugar to taste
- 3 tablespoons milk warm
Directions

1Place the gelatin sheets in cold water.

2Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they're stiff.

3Mash the strawberries with the yogurt, and sweeten to taste.

4Heat the milk in the microwave for a few seconds.

5Drain the gelatin sheets, squeezing if necessary to remove excess water.

6Add the gelatin sheets to the warm milk. Stir well to dissolve completely.

7Add the strawberry and yogurt mixture, and mix in egg whites carefully.

8Pour into small bowls or on a platter, and refrigerate to solidify.

9Garnish to taste.
