  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan or loaf pan.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a large bowl, stir together the strawberries, eggs, oil and sugar until combined.

    Sift together the dry ingredients and add them to the batter, stirring just to blend.

    Fold in the chopped nuts.

    Pour batter into pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

    Cool on a rack for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
