- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan or loaf pan.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3In a large bowl, stir together the strawberries, eggs, oil and sugar until combined.

4Sift together the dry ingredients and add them to the batter, stirring just to blend.

5Fold in the chopped nuts.

6Pour batter into pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

7Cool on a rack for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
