  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. strawberries, thawed
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Add eggs, oil, pecans and strawberries.

    Stir all ingredients together until moistened. Spoon into well-greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes.

    Yields 2 loaves.
