- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. strawberry jello (dry)
- red food coloring
- 1 qt. strawberries, stemmed and sliced
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients and cook until thick and clear.

2Add jello and food coloring.

3Add strawberries.

4Pour over the sugar mixture in baked pie shell.

5Cool.

6Let set in refrigerator. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
