- 3 cups Canola Oil, For Frying
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 12 ounces, fluid Your Favorite Amber Beer
- 1 pound Green Beans, Washed And Patted Dry
- 2 pinches Salt For Extra Seasoning
- 2 pinches Black Pepper For Extra Seasoning
- 1/2 cups Favorite Dip

1Begin by heating your canola oil in large saucepan on medium to high heat until it reaches a temperature of 350 degrees (using a cooking thermometer).

2During this time, mix the salt and flour in a large bowl, and begin whisking in your beer until the dry ingredients are well combined and you have a nice batter consistency.

3Add in your green beans and gently toss and mix until all beans have been coated.

4You can do this in batches if you need to.

5Gently drop about 6-10 beans in the oil, cooking until they are a light golden brown.

6These cook fairly quickly and should be ready in just a few minutes.

7Remove beans from the hot oil using a slotted spoon and place them onto a plate lined with paper towel, or use a strainer with a plate underneath.

8Lightly season with salt and pepper.

9Repeat until all green beans have been fried.
