  • 2 baked pie shells
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1-1/2 c cold water
  • 3 oz box strawberry Jello
  • 1-3/4 c sugar
  • strawberries

Directions

    Mix water, sugar and cornstarch in a pan.

    Bring to boil stirring constantly until clear.

    Remove from heat.

    Add Jello. Spread a little on bottom of pie shell.

    Add strawberries.
  6. 6
    Pour Jello mixture on top.
  7. 7
    Chill.
