  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries (whole or sliced)
  • 1 pie crust, baked

Directions

    Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until thickened. Remove from heat. Add the Jell-O (dry).

    Mix well.

    Pour over the strawberries.
  4. 4
    Pour into baked pie crust. Chill and serve with Cool Whip.
