  • 1 1/2 c. strawberries, cut up small
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. shortening
  • dash of salt
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Cook strawberries, sugar, salt and cornstarch until thick. Spread 1/2 large package softened cream cheese in shell. Place sliced strawberries over cream cheese. Put thickened strawberries over sliced strawberries. Cover with whipped cream. Garnish with strawberries.
