  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello powder
  • several drops red food coloring
  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook water, sugar and cornstarch until clear.

    Add 3 tablespoons jello powder and red food coloring.

    Let cool.

    Place washed strawberries in baked pie shell.

    Cover with above mixture. Chill; serve with Cool Whip.
