  • 1 - 9 in. baked pie shell
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 qt. cleaned and chopped strawberries
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1/4 c. strawberry jello

Directions

    Mix sugar, cornstarch and water.

    Cook over medium heat until thick and shiny.

    Remove from heat.

    Add jello.

    Cool to lukewarm. Once cool add strawberries, mix carefully until completely coated. Pour into baked pie shell.

    Refrigerate, serve with cool whip on top.
