  • 1 c. water
  • 6 tsp. cornstarch
  • 4 Tbsp. strawberry jello mix
  • 2 c. whole strawberries

Directions

    Mix sugar, water and cornstarch together.

    Cook on low heat until mixture becomes clear, remove from heat.

    Add strawberry jello mix.

    Place strawberries in baked pie shell.

    Pour mixture over berries; let chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.

    Top with Cool Whip.
