- 1-1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (I Have Used GF Bisquick, And Gluten Free Pantry AP Flour With Great Results)
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole 5.25 Package Of Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cups Canola Oil
- 1-1/4 cup Milk
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Divided
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Mix flour, oats, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding mix, and sugar, combine well.

3Mix wet ingredients in a bow. Add wet ingredients and half of the chocolate chips to dry ingredients, mix well.

4Pour into greased 9-inch loaf pan, top with remaining chocolate chips. Bake for 1 hour.
