  • 1 pt. whole strawberries
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
  • few drops red food coloring
  • 1 baked pie shell

Directions

    Mix cornstarch, sugar and water.

    Boil until clear.

    Add jello; set aside to cool.

    Put strawberries in bottom of pie crust (cooled).

    Pour glaze over berries.

    Chill.

    Serve with whipped cream.
