  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 baked crust
  • strawberries, sliced

Directions

    Combine in saucepan cornstarch, sugar and water.

    Cook until clear and thick.

    Add Jell-O and cool.

    Pour over fresh strawberries.

    Top with whipped cream.

    Refrigerate to keep firm. Can also use fresh sliced peaches and peach Jell-O or fresh raspberries and raspberry Jell-O.
