  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
  • 2 pt. fresh strawberries
  • 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell

    Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until clear.

    Stir in jello. Let cool.

    Place fresh strawberries into the baked pie shell. Pour jello mixture over the berries.

    Serve with Cool Whip.
