  • 1 pt. strawberries (I use 1 qt.)
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • dash of salt
  • whipping cream

Directions

    Mix together water, sugar, Jell-O, cornstarch and salt.

    Cook together until mixture turns clear, stirring as it thickens.

    Cool. Spoon

    into baked pie crusts lined with sliced berries.

    Chill. Serve with topping or whipped cream.
