Strawberry Pie

- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) sugar free strawberry gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries. halved
- 1- 9 inch pastry shell, baked
- whipped cream
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine the sugar and flour.

2Stir in water until smooth.

3Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.

4Add the gelatin and lemon juice; stir until dissolved.

5Allow to cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Add the strawberries and stir gently to coat.

6Spoon into the pastry shell.

7Chill until set, about 3 hours.

8Serve with whipped cream.
