  • 2 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen and cut)
  • 4 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
  • pie crust, browned
  • 6 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Bake crust in oven until brown on 350°.

    Mix together sugar, water and cornstarch in a boiler and cook until clear.

    Add 4 tablespoons of strawberry Jell-O.

    Cut strawberries and put into browned crust.
  5. 5
    Pour liquid mixture over it.

    Chill and put whipped cream on top, if desired.
