  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. red food coloring
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon jello mix
  • 1 cooked pie shell
  • fresh strawberries

Directions

    Mix sugar, water, cornstarch and red food coloring and cook over low heat until thick.

    Remove from heat and stir in lemon jello mix.

    Pour over cooked pie shell lined with fresh strawberries.

    Refrigerate 3 hours.
