  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 box strawberry gelatin
  • 1/2 qt. strawberries, sliced in half
  • 1 baked pie crust

Directions

    Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until thick.

    Add gelatin and strawberries.

    Pour into baked pie crust and cool.

    Add whipped cream on top when ready to serve.
